Perfect for big families, two couples, or a friend group who want to vacation together but still have their own space. Two fully remodeled freestanding houses on one private property, sleeping 8, about 10 minutes from Clearwater Beach. Each house has its own fire table and grill, plus mini golf and cornhole in the yard, and separate living rooms when one group wants a movie and the other wants quiet.

House A — king bed, full-size trundle sofa bed, patio with grill and fire table, mini golf, flat-screen TV with soundbar and subwoofer, vinyl records in the living room. Sleeps 4.

House B — queen bed, full-size pull-out couch, breakfast nook, fire table and grill, flat-screen with Apple TV in the bedroom, cornhole. Sleeps 4.

Both houses

• Two full kitchens and two full bathrooms — no waiting in line
• Flat-screen TVs in both houses — House A has a soundbar and subwoofer for movie nights, House B has Apple TV
• Board games and yard games provided
• Beach towels provided for the whole group
• Free parking for 4 cars: a carport spot at each house plus 2 spots in front of House A. Please keep the path to House B clear and the gate closed

• About 10 minutes by car to Clearwater Beach and Pier 60, where the free Sunsets at Pier 60 festival runs every night
• 5 minutes by car to downtown Dunedin for breweries and great eats
• About 15 minutes to Honeymoon Island State Park and the Caladesi Island ferry
• Within 1 mile: grocery store, coffee shop, and a park

House rules

• Check-in is after 4:00 PM. Check-out is by 10:00 AM. A later check-out is only possible if approved at least 1 business day ahead.
• Self check-in with door codes. Each house has its own code, sent one day before check-in, and the codes change for every stay.
• Maximum 8 guests across both houses. Only registered guests may stay overnight.
• No parties or events.
• Quiet time after 10:00 PM, including at the fire tables and outdoor areas.
• No shoes in either house. Please leave them inside the front door.
• No smoking or vaping indoors. Smoking is allowed outside only. Please pick up all cigarette butts.
• Pets are welcome with advance notice. A pet fee applies. Service dogs stay free.
• We are on a septic system. Please flush only the toilet paper provided.
• Please don't unplug electronics such as the TVs, Apple TV, record player and soundbar.
• Free parking for 4 cars: a carport spot at each house plus 2 spots in front of House A. Please keep the path to House B clear and the gate closed.
• Trash is collected on Thursdays. The management company moves the bins, so you don't need to.
• Before check-out (both houses): wash used dishes, take all belongings and food, leave used towels in a pile on the floor, and put trash in the garbage can.
• Any damage or extra cleaning will be charged to the guest.
• Security camera disclosure: one Ring doorbell camera is at Unit A's front door. There are no other cameras on the property, and none inside either house.
